So anyway I've been working on getting my hands on the parody about the holy grail and all, and just want to know if it's really worth my time. A lot of people who have seen it I know enjoyed it, while others found it absolutely atrocious, and others just thought it was rather boring.

oh, of course not. ^_^ it's a parody, like Robin Hood Men in Tights. If I took it seriously it'd just prove my mom's point, which she doesn't really have.

You need to see that film. I'm rather biased as a major Python fan, but check it out anyway. It's just plain....silly! But hilarious =)

My Arthurian Lit prof claims it's the most accurate Arthur movie in existance. I just find it amusing, myself. :)
Is there any way you can rent it first before buying it or borrow it from someone so that you can see for yourself?

It really depends on the person... if you have a very dry sense of humor, or you just like to laugh, it's a wonderful movie. If you're one of those people that don't laugh at everything in the world, then you probably won't like it.
