The Forest House is making me sad..

I was reading it, and I'm to the part where Gaius is meeting Julia and is supposed to be getting married to her, and the whole thing made me really really sad, so I read the 3rd and 2nd to the last pages and it turns out that they die so that didn't cheer me up.. I'm scared to read the last page though... Does everything else turn out ok??
Did it make anyone else sad?? The Mists of Avalon and Lady of the Lake (or was it Lady of Avalon..) didn't make me sad like this!! Am I just being weird?

It was sad, but it's worth it when you read the whole thing and it's really moving. The other two made me sad, too, if I recall correctly. It's been a while.
