Yeah, that's right, I just joined.
Since forever I have loved Arthurian Legends. Gosh, I love mythology from all cultures and I read everything I get my hands on about them.
I'm a university student from Australia, I am planning to study medieval literature at the Sorbonne in Paris in a few years as an exchange student.
I was wondering if anyone here has read Stephen Lawhead's Pendragon Cycle and the book that comes after it, Avalon. Please forgive me if this has already been discussed before, I didn't really go far back through the history of this community.
I love reading different interpretations of the Arthur story, and these are my favourite that I've come across, mind you, I haven't read many yet. Any recommendations would be great!

I've read Taliesin and Grail (which I heard wasn't as great as the others, but as I have yet to read the others, I’ll hold out on my opinions for now). As far as recommendations go, try Mary Stewarts' Merlin series and The Wicked Day, which is about Mordred and Arthur in a different light (haven't read that one yet, either, but I've heard good things). Oh, and Peter David's Knight Life. A lot of pple complained about the author cramming his political views into it and Mordred was stereotypical Evil!Mordred, but me liked it anyways.
