Finding words

Trying to find words for my project.

Regarding Merlin, A snip it:

"It was not 'til he saw what he loved in Nimue die, her face swallowed by the dragon's fire, that Merlin lost himself. A dark thing we have in us called Vengeance took his will, and for the first time he strayed out of hope. His thoughts were bent on doing ill." --J.Puukka

A call for input

A brief request for input:

There is so much beautiful literature and poetry about the Arthurian legends, and the characters of those myths.

Do any of you here in LJ land have any favorite phrases, or quotes, or character descriptions? Just words that made you identify which you wouldn't mind sharing?

Where'd this quote come from?

"Who was yonder old Roman who said, 'Call no man happy until he is dead'? My task, then, is to bring that greatest of all happinesses to my father, and why should I then rebel against that fate?"

Anoywn - it was on your quiz, where'd you get it from? Thanks!
